Payment & Booking Confirmation
Slots are secured by whoever completes payment first. After placing a booking request you receive full payment instructions; the slot stays open to everyone until payment lands — the first to pay locks it. Once you upload the transfer receipt our team reviews it and your confirmation arrives by email and WhatsApp.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Free rescheduling up to 48 hours before the session. Cancellations 72+ hours ahead get a full refund, 48+ hours get 50%, later cancellations are non-refundable.
Studio Usage Rules
Setup and teardown are included in the booked time. Please respect check-in/out times, handle equipment with care, and note the studio is non-smoking.
Overtime Hours
Need extra time after your session ends? Sessions can be extended subject to availability at the approved overtime hourly rate, added to your booking invoice with a direct payment link.

How do I pay for my booking?
By bank transfer to JAS accounts — with direct online payment (mada & credit cards) coming soon. Full payment instructions arrive right after booking.
How long is my slot held before payment?
Slots are secured by whoever completes payment first. After placing a booking request you have 48 hours (or until 24 hours before the session, whichever is sooner) to pay; during that window the slot stays on sale for everyone — the first to pay locks it.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes — contact us via WhatsApp or email and our team will assist per the rescheduling policy.
Which facilities does my booking include?
Every package includes the entire venue and all facilities: the white cyclorama, full lighting, makeup room, equipment storage, backdrop décor, set-building space, and the changing room. Packages differ only in session length — never in facilities.
Can I extend my session with extra hours?
Yes — if you need more time after your session ends, overtime hours are available subject to availability at the overtime hourly rate, added to your booking invoice with a direct payment link.
When should I arrive before my session?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early for check-in so your full booked time goes to shooting. Note that setup and teardown happen within the booked time.
How do I track my booking status?
Open the "Track Booking" page, enter the reference number you received after booking along with your email, and you will see your booking and payment status step by step.
Can I visit the studio before booking?
Absolutely — message us on WhatsApp to arrange a visit and see the venue and facilities before confirming your booking.
